Gastroenterologist
Dr. Benjamin Byriel is a gastroenterologist practicing in Cooper City and Hollywood, Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from the University of Iowa before completing his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
He went on to complete his Internal Medicine Residency at Indiana University School of Medicine, where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Byriel then finished his training with a Gastroenterology & Hepatology Fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine, where he was honored with the role of Chief Fellow.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Byriel enjoys staying active with workout classes and golfing. He is a sports fan who loves to travel and spend time with his wife, children, and dog.
