Gastroenterologist
Dr. Dauer was born and raised in South Florida. He attended college and medical school at the University of Miami. He continued his training at the University of Miami and Jackson Memorial Hospital in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. His areas of interest include colon cancer prevention, inflammatory bowel disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease, constipation, and colitis. Dr. Dauer places an emphasis on a collaborative approach to patient care to create a strong lasting doctor-patient relationship. He merges the most current clinical guidelines and research with dedication to his patient’s well-being.
Dr. Ryan Dauer has won multiple awards during his career. He was inducted into Iron Arrow, the highest honor at the University of Miami. In addition, he has many research publications in inflammatory bowel disease. His research has been presented at regional and national conferences, winning multiple awards for his work.
